Ahi Tuna with Truffled Soy

Elevate the traditional soy sauce with the luxurious taste of truffles. Winemaker Giovanni Balistreri has a local friend, Justin Gill, who made his first batch of the special sauce this summer. It's a beautiful complement to the Pinot Noir in this ahi tuna dish.

Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces sashimi-grade Hawaiian ahi tuna, diced
  • 5 ounces English cucumber, diced
  • 5 ounces avocado, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Bachan's Truffled Japanese Barbecue Soy Sauce
  • Taro root crisps for serving
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, cucumber and avocado. Add the truffled barbecue soy sauce and stir to combine. Serve with taro root crisps.
