Ahi Poke Wonton Chips

Crispy wonton chips topped with fresh ahi poke, creamed wasabi seeds, nori and micro cilantro.

Marinade

Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Poke Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flake Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 ounces Fresh Sashimi Ahi Tuna
Section Directions:
Mix the first five ingredients and pour over the ahi tuna. Can be served immediately.

Wasabi Garnish

Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces Wasabi Sauce
  • 6 ounces Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Green Onion Diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Section Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients together until creamy. Garnish over the top of the poke and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.

Wonton Chips

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Wonton Chips
Section Directions:
Cut chips into one-inch rounds and fry for 1-2 minutes in soybean oil.

Receipe Directions:

Serve tuna over crispy wonton chips and enjoy!
