Ahi Poke Wonton Chips

Crispy wonton chips topped with fresh ahi poke, creamed wasabi seeds, nori and micro cilantro.
Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Poke Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flake Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Ginger Minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Cilantro
- 2 ounces Fresh Sashimi Ahi Tuna
Section Directions:
Mix the first five ingredients and pour over the ahi tuna. Can be served immediately.
Wasabi Garnish
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces Wasabi Sauce
- 6 ounces Sour Cream
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Green Onion Diced
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Section Directions:
Mix the first three ingredients together until creamy. Garnish over the top of the poke and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Wonton Chips
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wonton Chips
Section Directions:
Cut chips into one-inch rounds and fry for 1-2 minutes in soybean oil.
Receipe Directions:
Serve tuna over crispy wonton chips and enjoy!
