Wilson's Signature Tri-Tip
Ingredients:
- 1 Tri-Tip Trimmed
- 2 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup Zinfandel
- 3 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Section Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or container large enough to submerge tri-tip fully. Cover with cling wrap or a lid. Marinate for minimum 4 hours, ideally overnight.
Steak Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 Bag Salted Kettle Potato Chips
- 1 Bottle Kewpie Mayo
- 1 Container Furikake Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
Section Directions:
Mix together Kewpie Mayo and rice wine vinegar to slightly thin out the consistency of the mayo, add to a squeeze bottle.
Receipe Directions:
Grill marinated tri-tip to medium rare (or desired doneness). Allow to rest 5-15 minutes. Slice thinly across the grain. Put a handful of the potato chips in a bowl. Drizzle with thinned out Kewpie mayo. Add 3-4 dashes of furikake seasoning, top with slices of steak.
