Short Rib Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Slow-braised short ribs, melt-in-your-mouth tender, layered with gooey jack and buttery toasted bread—this grilled cheese is rich, savory, and indulgently comforting in every bite.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound Braised Short Rib Pulled and Cooled
  • 1 pound Jack Cheese Grated
  • 2 pounds Butter Softened
  • 1 loaf Focaccia Sliced

Recipe Directions:

Short Rib Grilled Cheese Recipe

Ingredients: 
2# Braised Short Rib, pulled and cooled
2# jack cheese grated
4 Tbs butter
1-2 loaves of your favorite bread, sliced

Method:
1. Melt 1Tbs of butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat
2. Add a couple slices of bread to the pan, flat, depending on what fits
3. Add a layer of jack cheese to each slice
4. Layer short rib on top of the cheese
5. Add another layer of cheese to on top of the meat
6. Cover the pan for about 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. Top each sandwich with another slice of bread and push down
7. Flip each sandwich over.  Cook until each side is golden brown.
