Kansas City Dry Rub Ribs

Always a barbeque favorite, these ribs will be the hit of your party.

Ingredients:
  • 1 package Pork Ribs cut into 1/3's
  • 1 large jar Kansas Dry Rub
  • 1 cup Water mix with Rose
  • 1/4 cup Rose Wine mix with water
Directions:
(1) Cover each section of ribs with dry rub seasoning and cook on medium hot grill for 7 minutes per side.
(2) Remove from grill and cut into individual ribs and recoat with rub.
(3) Pour water/rose mixture in bottom of large roasting pan and place all individual ribs on rack in the roasting pan.
(4) Cook in medium cool oven (225 degrees) for 3 hours.

Serve with a creamy polenta or corn bread.
