Blackened Chicken Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 Roll BurtoNZ Bakery Slider Roll
- 3 ounces Chicken Breast
- 1 slice Jack Cheese
- 1 ounce Crispy Onion Straws
- 1 teaspoon Blackened Meat Spice
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Spice
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
Directions:
Prepare Cajun Mayo: Season mayonnaise with your desired amount of Cajun seasoning
Directions:
1. Season chicken breast with blackened seasoning. 2. Sauté chicken breast. 3. Spread Cajun mayo on both slides of slider rolls. 3. Build the slider - place the chicken on the roll top with jack cheese and crispy inion straws. 4. Enjoy!!
