Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 3 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup Bobcat Zinfandel
  • 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Lightly grease 8x8 baking pan and line it with parchment paper. Set aside.

Melt butter and dark chocolate chips together in a saucepan. Whisk in brown and granulated sugar until combined.

Add eggs one at at time whisking vigorously. Mix in vanilla to combine.

Sift together flour, cocoa, salt and add to mixture. Add the Bobcat zinfandel an mix well. Add semi sweet chocolate chips.  

Pour brownie batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
