Short Ribs with D’Argenzio Ancient Vine Zinfandel

Short Ribs slow baked in a cast iron pot with a bottle of D’Argenzio's Ancient Vine Zinfandel, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, onions, red pepper flakes, tomato sauce. Simmered at 300°F covered for 4 hours until the meat falls off the bone 🍖 very tasty. Join us in experiencing the warmth of family, the taste of tradition, and the beauty of winemaking.

Ingredients:
  • 12 each Short Ribs
  • 1 Bottle D'Argenzio Ancient Vine Zinfandel
  • 3 ounces Olive Oil
  • 12 each Garlic Clove
  • 12 ounces Tomatoe Sauce
  • 1 each Yellow Onion Diced
  • 1 large pinch Salt
  • 1 large pinch Pepper
  • 1 large pinch Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:

In a large cast iron pot, simmer the onions and garlic in olive oil, followed by the short ribs, salt, pepper and chili flakes. 

Cook for about 10 minutes and then add the tomato sauce, and a bottle of D'Argenzio's Ancient Vine Zinfandel. 

Cook at 300°F covered for 4 hours until the meat falls off the bone.
