This is a heartwarming and flavorful dish that you will love and adore! It is easy, satisfying and delicious without a whole lot of effort. This is great for a potluck or a quick dinner for the family. No doubt you will enjoy this with a glass of Fritz Russian River Pinot Noir.
- 2 packages (each 8 ounces) Mama Tina's 7-Cheese Ravioli
- 1 jar Natalia's Sweet Potato Tomato Sauce
- 1 bunch fresh basil, leaves picked
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a plate with paper towels. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add the ravioli and par-cook for 2 minutes (they will finish cooking in the oven). Drain the ravioli and transfer to the paper towel-lined plate. Spread 1 cup of Natalia's Sweet Potato Tomato Sauce on the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Place an even layer of the ravioli on the sauce and top with the basil leaves. Spread another layer of sauce on top and sprinkle with the cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
